Precision Plastic Extrusion Line Manufacturer for Automotive & Medical Tubing

BAOD EXTRUSION (Jiangsu Baodie Automation Equipment Co., Ltd.) designs, builds and services precision plastic extrusion equipment for manufacturers who cannot afford dimensional drift, unstable output or unsafe machines.

Our engineering roots trace back to KINGSWEL GROUP, which accumulated 18 years of extrusion machine design and fabrication in Taiwan before investing in a Shanghai manufacturing base in 1999. The BAOD EXTRUSION brand was founded in 2002 and today operates a 16,000 m² production facility in Haian, Nantong, Jiangsu, where extruders, die heads, sizing systems and downstream units are engineered and assembled under one roof.

With 25 years of hands-on experience, we focus on what overseas buyers actually measure on the factory floor: tolerance consistency, scrap rate, changeover time and operator safety.
