The series covers maximum profile widths from 50 mm up to 240 mm across four dedicated models: CG-YF50 (50 mm), CG-YF80 (80 mm), CG-YF120 (120 mm), and CG-YF240 (240 mm).
Each line is paired with a corresponding extruder: CG-YF50 uses the SJ50 extruder, CG-YF80 uses SJ65, CG-YF120 uses SJ75, and CG-YF240 utilizes the heavy-duty SJ90 extruder.
All models across the CG-YF lineup feature a finely controlled, stable hauling speed ranging from 0 to 1.0 m/min.
The standard required compressed air supply across all CG-YF units is 0.6 Mpa.
Selection primarily depends on the maximum cross-sectional width of the profile being manufactured and the required screw output capacity (SJ50 up to SJ90).
